1. The following customers (or in the following cases) will be refused entry.
• Customers who misuse their membership card, such as transferring it to another person or using someone else's card.
• Intoxicated individuals or groups who drink in a way that could lead to intoxication.
• When the staff determines that a customer is causing trouble to other customers.
• Groups that do not follow instructions from the staff.
(In some cases, the entire group may be banned from entering. In such cases, we will make copies of everyone's ID.)
2. We will immediately report to the police in the following cases.
• Trouble between customers on the premises.
• Taking out equipment or products from the store, shoplifting.
• Eating or drinking without paying (using facilities without paying).
• Intentionally damaging facilities or equipment.
• Intimidating behavior towards employees or related parties (threatening remarks, violence, etc.)
3. We prohibit drinking and smoking by minors, and drinking by those who will be driving.
• Groups ordering alcohol should take proper care to ensure that minors do not drink.
• Groups in which minors are drinking will be asked to leave after paying their bill.
4. The following acts are strictly prohibited inside the store and on the premises.
• Acts that cause trouble to other customers.
• Smoking and drinking by minors, smoking outside designated areas.
(A fee of ¥10,000 will be charged for ventilation and cleaning.)
• Those who vomit and soil the facilities will be charged ¥30,000 for disinfection, ventilation, and cleaning
5. Please note that we are not responsible for the following:
• Theft or loss in our store (Please manage and store your valuables yourself.)
• Incidents or accidents in the parking lot or bicycle parking area.
